What’s the difference between 8 weeks and 16 weeks?The 8-week block is a focused performance phase. The 16-week option is a deeper transformation pathway with more time for strength, power, movement quality, testing, and long-term progress.
Can I do a payment plan?Yes. The 8-week block has a 2-payment option, and the 16-week transformation has a 4-payment option.
Do I need gym access?Gym access is recommended for the best results, especially for the jump and strength focus. However, the program can be adjusted based on what equipment you have available.
